FUSION UK ships to the following destinations:

For deliveries within the UK mainland:

Orders above £50 receive FREE Shipping

Orders below £50 - Customers can choose from the following options,

DPD Next day 1 hour slot - £7.99
Royal Mail 24 1-2 working days - £4.95
Royal Mail 48 2-4 working days - £3.95

Please note: Our business is closed at the weekends. Any orders placed during the weekend, will be despatched on Monday or the next available working day after any National holidays.

Orders made before 13.00 /01.00pm during workdays, will be shipped that same day.

Channel Islands - Guernsey, Jersey - Express International - £9.95

For deliveries to Europe:

For deliveries to Rest of the World:

Deliveries to the Rest of the World will be sent using an International Postal Service – shipping will be charged at £20.00.

Malaysia -  Express International - £25.99

What are your expected delivery times?

We will endeavour to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24 hours. During busy periods this time frame may increase, and we will aim to send orders as soon as possible using DPD/Royal Mail service. You will receive tracking as soon as items is shipped.

If an item is temporarily out of stock in our UK warehouse, you will be notified immediately via e-mail or by phone if this is the case but we receive 2 deliveries a week from our main warehouse in Denmark to constantly replenish UK stock.

Local Taxes and Duties
The item price and shipping charges do not include any import duties, taxes, or related import fees. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover these expenses. 

We recommend contacting your country's customs office before making a purchase to understand the potential additional costs. Typically, these charges are collected by the shipping company upon delivery.

Kindly note that if a customer opts to reject a shipment due to local import duties and taxes, the parcel will be automatically sent back to Fusion in the UK.

 In such instances, FUSION UK reserves the right to impose a £20 administration fee to the customer, which will be deducted from any refund due.
