GIFT EXCHANGE

Gift exchange:

- Exchange to another size

o Send the product to us, include a note with the following:

• The new size
• Your name
• Your address, postal code, and city
• Phone no., email
• Order no.
• You can get the order no. from the person who bought you the gift.

- Return of payment

o For security reasons, we are unable to transfer the money to another card, except the card that was used to make the purchase.

- Exchange to another product

o If the new product has the same price and the one you received, follow the same guide for size exchange.

o If the new product has another price, you must reclaim the payment and make a new order.

- Terms and conditions of trade apply in relation to the condition of the product(s)
