The double-layer construction provides extra insulation where the head is particularly exposed to the cold. Meanwhile, the hollow-fibre fleece helps retain warmth without adding unnecessary weight. Its temperature-regulating properties make it particularly suited to the time around training, when activity levels and body heat change.
